What is Zone 2? We operate two collection zones. Zone 1 covers locations within 25 miles of our facility, including Ipswich, Stowmarket, Bury St Edmunds and Hadleigh. Zone 2 extends further and includes Cambridge, Ely, Newmarket and Saffron Walden. A flat 30% supplement applies to Zone 2 bookings to cover the additional travel. The full price is always shown clearly before you book.

Why is there a 30% supplement for Cambridge?
Cambridge falls within our Zone 2 coverage area due to the distance from our Suffolk facility. The supplement covers the additional travel time for our collection and delivery team. The full price including the supplement is always shown clearly before you confirm your booking.
How quickly can you collect in Cambridge?
We typically offer collection slots within a few days of booking. You can choose your preferred date when you book online.
How long can I store my items?
As long as you need. Our minimum term is 4 weeks, but many customers store with us for months or even years.
Is my stuff insured?
Yes – all storage includes cover up to £2,000 as standard. Additional insurance is available for higher-value items.
Do you cover villages around Cambridge?

Where do we cover?
Our coverage range is based on two zones.
Zone 1 includes 25 miles from our storage facility and includes locations such as Haverhill, Bury St Edmunds, Stowmarket, Ipswich, Hadleigh, Sudbury, Chelmsford, Witham, Clacton-on-Sea, Felixstowe and more.
Zone 2 is available for Simply Store to collect and return your items, but a flat 30% fee will be applied to our prices to allow for the increase in range. Includes locations such as Cambridge, Brandon, Lakenheath, Framlingham, Aldeburgh, Southwold, Diss, Mildenhall, Saffron Walden and more.
Outside of these zones: We do not currently offer our Simply Store service to these locations, but we are expanding our network, you can contact us directly to discuss your requirements if you are outside of our zones.

Simply Store Insurance
Insurance for goods up to a value of £2000 is included in our Simply Store contract with each customer. It will cover your items against third-party liability and more. View our policy here.
